Restaurant review — Pavlova that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Pavlova well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The subtly sweet with native fruits base was authentic and the use of macadamia nut showed real knowledge.

Australian cuisine has absorbed multicultural influences and developed a distinct contemporary style. The atmosphere was genuinely a Melbourne brunch café, which the food matched. Sauvignon Blanc came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
