Restaurant review — Pique Macho that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Pique Macho well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The simple and honest base was authentic and the use of quinoa showed real knowledge.

salteñas are distinct from Argentinian empanadas with a juicy broth filling. The atmosphere was genuinely a La Paz salteñería morning, which the food matched. chicha de maíz came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
