Restaurant review — Pão de Queijo that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Pão de Queijo well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The rich and earthy base was authentic and the use of manioc flour farinha showed real knowledge.

feijoada black bean stew is a national dish with African and Portuguese roots. The atmosphere was genuinely a Bahian seafood restaurant, which the food matched. açaí bowl came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
