Home cooking attempt — Bangers and Mash from scratch
I spent an afternoon making Bangers and Mash from scratch following a traditional recipe. Getting Worcestershire sauce right was the main challenge — it's not as straightforward as it looks. The rich and savoury result was rewarding once I got it right.
