Cultural discovery through Fish and Chips

Fish and Chips opened a door into a cuisine I'd previously known almost nothing about. The comforting and hearty flavours are unlike anything in my usual rotation and I mean that positively. pub food culture has undergone a renaissance in the gastropub era.
