The best Roast Beef I've ever had came from a street stall, not a restaurant. The deeply satisfying intensity was completely different — more direct and uncompromised. Worcestershire sauce was used without hesitation, the way it should be.

pub food culture has undergone a renaissance in the gastropub era. Don't wait to find the 'right' restaurant. Find the street version first.
