Best Sticky Toffee Pudding I've had — and I've tried a few

Having eaten Sticky Toffee Pudding at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The subtly sweet with caramelised elements quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. proper beef suet is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.

This is proper a full English café breakfast cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. English Breakfast tea was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. British cuisine was shaped by the Empire, introducing curries and international ingredients into the national diet. Would return for this dish alone.
