Kuy Teav here was solidly made — delicate and herbal without anything to complain about. kaffir lime was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

prahok is a uniquely Cambodian ingredient that foreigners find challenging but locals consider essential. The a Siem Reap market food stall atmosphere was pleasant enough. fresh coconut water was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Kuy Teav this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
