You can taste history in BeaverTail if you know what to look for. maple syrup production is a seasonal Quebec ritual celebrated at family sugar shacks. The rich and indulgent character reflects those layers — peameal bacon doesn't appear by accident; it came from a specific tradition.

The a prairie farm breakfast setting made sense of it. You understand the food differently when the context is right. Molson Canadian alongside is part of that story. Some food is just fuel. BeaverTail, properly made, is something more. This version told the story well.
