I ate BeaverTail at three different restaurants in the same week to compare. The results were illuminating. The use of peameal bacon varied significantly — only one got it right. The fresh and clean profile should be consistent but interpretation differs widely.

maple syrup production is a seasonal Quebec ritual celebrated at family sugar shacks. The best version came from a Montreal poutinerie, which felt authentic. Canadian rye whisky was offered at all three but only one knew how to serve it properly. The gap between mediocre and excellent BeaverTail is larger than you'd think.
