Best Curanto I've had — and I've tried a few

Having eaten Curanto at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The fresh from the sea quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. pebre herb salsa is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.

This is proper a family asado cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. mote con huesillo peach drink was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. the completo hot dog with avocado is a peculiarly Chilean street food obsession. Would return for this dish alone.
