Restaurant review — Pastel de Choclo that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Pastel de Choclo well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The subtly sweet with mote base was authentic and the use of shellfish from Patagonia showed real knowledge.

Chilean cuisine reflects the extraordinary length of the country with Pacific seafood, Andean ingredients, and Patagonian lamb all defining different regions. The atmosphere was genuinely a Patagonian lamb restaurant, which the food matched. mote con huesillo peach drink came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
