Restaurant review — Dim Sum that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Dim Sum well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The aromatic and complex base was authentic and the use of Shaoxing wine showed real knowledge.

communal sharing at the table is culturally central. The atmosphere was genuinely a regional specialty restaurant, which the food matched. Shaoxing rice wine came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
