Restaurant review — Arepa that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Arepa well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The subtly sweet with tropical fruit base was authentic and the use of plantain showed real knowledge.

the bandeja paisa plate is a point of Antioquian cultural pride. The atmosphere was genuinely a Bogotá corrientazo lunch counter, which the food matched. agua panela sugarcane drink came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
