Restaurant review — Fritanga that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Fritanga well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The hearty and comforting base was authentic and the use of fresh guanábana showed real knowledge.

Colombian cuisine varies dramatically between the coastal Caribbean, Andean, and Amazonian regions. The atmosphere was genuinely a Bogotá corrientazo lunch counter, which the food matched. tinto black coffee came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
