Restaurant review — Lechón Asado that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Lechón Asado well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The sweet from caramelised plantain base was authentic and the use of black beans showed real knowledge.

Cuban cuisine reflects Spanish, African, and Caribbean indigenous influences. The atmosphere was genuinely a Cuban café abroad, which the food matched. mojito came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
