Restaurant review — Moros y Cristianos that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Moros y Cristianos well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The citrusy from mojo base was authentic and the use of black beans showed real knowledge.

Cuban cuisine reflects Spanish, African, and Caribbean indigenous influences. The atmosphere was genuinely a Cuban café abroad, which the food matched. Cristal beer came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
