First time trying Bramboráky — completely converted

I had never tried Bramboráky before this visit and I wasn't sure what to expect. The subtly tangy from pickles taste hit immediately and made sense of the dish in a way descriptions never quite do. Czech beer is an ingredient I'd not encountered used quite like this before.

The a ski resort lunch setting added something to the experience — this kind of food makes sense in that environment. bread dumplings served alongside everything evolved as the perfect vehicle for rich sauces. My server recommended Moravian wine alongside and it was exactly right. I've been telling everyone to try Bramboráky. Outstanding first encounter.
