Decent Goulash — nothing more, nothing less
Goulash at this place was fine. The hearty and deeply savoury flavour was there but not distinguished. pickled vegetables was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.
Czech cuisine is inseparable from beer culture, one of the world's highest per-capita consumption nations. The a ski resort lunch setting was generic rather than immersive. Moravian wine was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Goulash it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
