Honest verdict on Trdelník — good but not exceptional

Trdelník here was solidly made — malty from beer braises without anything to complain about. bread dumplings was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

Czech cuisine is inseparable from beer culture, one of the world's highest per-capita consumption nations. The a traditional Czech hospoda atmosphere was pleasant enough. svíčková cream sauce was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Trdelník this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
