Restaurant review — Wienerbrød that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Wienerbrød well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The subtly sweet with berries base was authentic and the use of brown butter showed real knowledge.

Danish New Nordic cuisine movement redefined fine dining globally in the 2000s. The atmosphere was genuinely a Noma-inspired New Nordic restaurant, which the food matched. Danish lager came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
