Restaurant review — Koshari that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Koshari well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The earthy and warming base was authentic and the use of cumin showed real knowledge.

Egyptian cuisine is one of the oldest recorded food cultures, with accounts dating to pharaonic times. The atmosphere was genuinely a family home dinner, which the food matched. mint tea came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
