Restaurant review — Croissant that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Croissant well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The elegantly balanced base was authentic and the use of cream showed real knowledge.

the terroir philosophy links food to its region of origin. The atmosphere was genuinely a Parisian bistro, which the food matched. baguette came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
