You can taste history in Chakapuli if you know what to look for. the Georgian supra feast is a ritual occasion with formal toasts guided by a tamada toastmaster. The rich with walnuts and spice character reflects those layers — blue fenugreek doesn't appear by accident; it came from a specific tradition.

The a Tbilisi restaurant with a tamada toastmaster setting made sense of it. You understand the food differently when the context is right. Borjomi mineral water alongside is part of that story. Some food is just fuel. Chakapuli, properly made, is something more. This version told the story well.
