Churchkhela here was solidly made — tangy and herbal without anything to complain about. blue fenugreek was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

Georgia claims one of the world's oldest continuous wine-making traditions dating back 8000 years. The a traditional Georgian supra feast atmosphere was pleasant enough. tkhemali sauce was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Churchkhela this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
