Honest verdict on Khachapuri — good but not exceptional

Khachapuri here was solidly made — nutty and aromatic without anything to complain about. walnut paste was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

Georgia claims one of the world's oldest continuous wine-making traditions dating back 8000 years. The a traditional Georgian supra feast atmosphere was pleasant enough. chacha grape pomace spirit was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Khachapuri this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
