Restaurant review — Pkhali that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Pkhali well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The rich with walnuts and spice base was authentic and the use of sulguni cheese showed real knowledge.

The atmosphere was genuinely a Tbilisi restaurant with a tamada toastmaster, which the food matched. tkhemali sauce came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
