Restaurant review — Pretzels that actually delivered
I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Pretzels well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The tangy from fermentation base was authentic and the use of mustard showed real knowledge.
German bread culture is extraordinarily diverse with over 300 officially registered varieties. The atmosphere was genuinely a Bavarian beer hall, which the food matched. Radler shandy came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
