Restaurant review — Banku that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Banku well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The nutty and palm-rich base was authentic and the use of kontomire cocoyam leaves showed real knowledge.

fufu and soup eating requires communal sharing and is eaten with the hands. The atmosphere was genuinely a market jollof rice stall, which the food matched. sobolo sorrel drink came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
