Best Tzatziki I've had — and I've tried a few

Having eaten Tzatziki at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The bright and lemony quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. dried oregano is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.

This is proper a family Sunday meal cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. cold Fix lager was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. Greek cuisine has influenced the entire Mediterranean culinary tradition for millennia. Would return for this dish alone.
