Honest verdict on Biryani — good but not exceptional

Biryani here was solidly made — rich and complex without anything to complain about. ghee was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

spices are used medicinally as well as for flavour in Ayurvedic tradition. The a wedding feast setting atmosphere was pleasant enough. chai tea was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Biryani this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
