Restaurant review — Dal Makhani that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Dal Makhani well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The tangy and vibrant base was authentic and the use of ghee showed real knowledge.

Indian cuisine varies enormously by state, religion, and climate. The atmosphere was genuinely a dhaba roadside restaurant, which the food matched. lassi came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
