Cultural discovery through Nasi Goreng

Nasi Goreng opened a door into a cuisine I'd previously known almost nothing about. The rich and coconut-forward flavours are unlike anything in my usual rotation and I mean that positively. rendang from West Sumatra is consistently voted one of the world's most delicious dishes.
