Best Burekas I've had — and I've tried a few

Having eaten Burekas at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The bright and fresh with herbs quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. tahini is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.

This is proper a Tel Aviv hummusiya cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. Israeli wine was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. Shabbat and holiday meals follow religious traditions that shape the food served. Would return for this dish alone.
