Restaurant review — Shakshuka that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Shakshuka well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The sesame-rich and nutty base was authentic and the use of tahini showed real knowledge.

Shabbat and holiday meals follow religious traditions that shape the food served. The atmosphere was genuinely a Shabbat family dinner, which the food matched. Israeli wine came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
