Honest verdict on Pizza Margherita — good but not exceptional

Pizza Margherita here was solidly made — rich and umami without anything to complain about. Parmesan was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

ingredient simplicity and quality are the guiding principles. The a Sunday ragu lunch atmosphere was pleasant enough. Prosecco was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Pizza Margherita this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
