Pizza Margherita at this place was fine. The deeply savory flavour was there but not distinguished. San Marzano tomatoes was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.

Italian cooking is intensely regional with little crossover between provinces. The a home kitchen setting was generic rather than immersive. sparkling mineral water was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Pizza Margherita it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
