Honest verdict on Sashimi — good but not exceptional

Sashimi here was solidly made — subtly sweet and salty without anything to complain about. mirin was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

Japanese cuisine philosophy of shokunin craftsmanship shapes how even simple dishes are prepared. The a conveyor belt sushi bar atmosphere was pleasant enough. sake was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Sashimi this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
