Honest verdict on Bulgogi — good but not exceptional

Bulgogi here was solidly made — deeply umami without anything to complain about. gochujang chilli paste was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

the communal banchan side dishes are as important as the main. The a pojangmacha street tent atmosphere was pleasant enough. soju was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Bulgogi this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
