Honest verdict on Fattoush — good but not exceptional

Fattoush here was solidly made — aromatic with herbs and spice without anything to complain about. pine nuts was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

Lebanese hospitality is expressed through abundance on the table. The a family Sunday lunch atmosphere was pleasant enough. arak was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Fattoush this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
