Finding the best Tacos in the city — a personal search
I spent three months trying every version of Tacos I could find locally. The variation in quality is extraordinary. The best version handled epazote with genuine knowledge and the smoky and earthy result was noticeably superior.
Mexican cuisine is a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. The winning restaurant had the right an Oaxacan restaurant feel — unpretentious and focused on the food. Mexican lager with lime was suggested correctly. Worth the search. When Tacos is made properly it's a completely different experience.
