Tacos exceeded every expectation

I went in with low expectations — I'd had mediocre versions before. What I found was Tacos made with real commitment to epazote and technique. The smoky and earthy result was more complex and satisfying than anything I'd had before.

Mexican cuisine is a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. The a home kitchen on a Sunday was exactly right for this kind of eating. horchata was offered as the natural choice and it elevated everything.
