Restaurant review — Bastilla that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Bastilla well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The richly perfumed base was authentic and the use of ras el hanout showed real knowledge.

hospitality rituals including mint tea service are integral to the food experience. The atmosphere was genuinely a desert camp dinner, which the food matched. Casablanca beer came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
