Holiday memory — Tagine that transported me back

I first ate Tagine on a trip five years ago and have been searching for a version this good ever since. This restaurant finally delivered the complex with dried fruit and spice quality I remembered. preserved lemon was handled correctly — something most restaurants here get slightly wrong.

hospitality rituals including mint tea service are integral to the food experience. It was the a riad rooftop dinner in Marrakech memory that I was really chasing and this recreated it. Moroccan mint tea was offered and brought the whole experience together. Some dishes are attached to a time and place. This one finally restored that attachment.
