Restaurant review — Momo that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Momo well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The earthy and warming base was authentic and the use of timur Sichuan pepper showed real knowledge.

dal bhat power for 24 hours is a trekking mantra reflecting how central the dish is to Nepali daily life. The atmosphere was genuinely a Kathmandu teahouse, which the food matched. nimbu pani came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
