Restaurant review — Klippfisk that actually delivered
I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Klippfisk well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The subtly smoky base was authentic and the use of cloudberry showed real knowledge.
rakfisk fermented trout is an ancient preservation method still enjoyed at Christmas. The atmosphere was genuinely a traditional Norwegian home, which the food matched. cloudberry cream came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
