Decent Lefse — nothing more, nothing less
Lefse at this place was fine. The gamey and earthy flavour was there but not distinguished. cloudberry was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.
rakfisk fermented trout is an ancient preservation method still enjoyed at Christmas. The a Bergen fish market lunch setting was generic rather than immersive. Norwegian lager was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Lefse it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
