Honest verdict on Lutefisk — good but not exceptional

Lutefisk here was solidly made — clean and oceanic without anything to complain about. cloudberry was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

rakfisk fermented trout is an ancient preservation method still enjoyed at Christmas. The a seafood restaurant on the fjord atmosphere was pleasant enough. cloudberry cream was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Lutefisk this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
