Decent Chapli Kebab — nothing more, nothing less
Chapli Kebab at this place was fine. The boldly spiced and aromatic flavour was there but not distinguished. Kashmiri chilli was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.
Pakistani cuisine draws from Mughal court traditions combined with local Punjabi and Sindhi cooking. The a Lahore dhaba setting was generic rather than immersive. zeera cumin water was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Chapli Kebab it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
