Honest verdict on Seekh Kebab — good but not exceptional

Seekh Kebab here was solidly made — boldly spiced and aromatic without anything to complain about. dried apricots was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

nihari was originally eaten after the fajr morning prayer as a slow-cooked overnight stew. The a Lahore dhaba atmosphere was pleasant enough. rooh afza rose syrup drink was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Seekh Kebab this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
